Sunset on Skye

During my time in Skye, amazingly we suffered with lack of clouds… Yes, that’s ‘lack’ of clouds, in Skye, during October. Amazing!

On one evening we wanted to find a location with an I obstructed view of the Cuillin Mountains, and we headed to the small ferry port of Elgol. We got some nice shots of the mountains, but it really got great after the sun had set and lit up these few clouds, with some nicely placed boats just bobbing around the bay it made for some classic captures.
